Starter Program
       Our Starter Program begins at eight to ten weeks of age and ends at six months. This program is geared towards developing the puppy to have all the fundamentals needed for more advanced training. Each puppy is unique in terms of how quickly it will progress, so an exact timetable is not possible. However, we fully expect to accomplish the following:

• Socialization with other dogs and people
• Yard training (crate, come to verbal command and whistle, heel, whoa)
• Exposure to birds, and in some cases pointing birds
• Proper exposure to gunfire
• Proper exposure to e-collar

        During this time, we treat your puppy as though it were our own--with the puppy staying in our home, even sleeping in a crate by the bed at night, until we believe it is ready to move to the kennel, etc. As mentioned before, we also encourage visits with your puppy as much as possible during training.
       The Starter Program is $550 per month plus any required vaccinations after eight weeks of age.
